With over a decade of coaching, speaking and training, I help leaders and teams decode, not just personalities, but the signals that really matter: tone, expression, body language, values, emotions, bias, everything that makes us HUMAN.

I’ve been in charge of my own business since 2013, delivering masterclasses, running coaching programmes, a podcaster, a professional speaker and a lover of people and watching their growth.
Before starting my own business, I spent many a year in the race of the corporate world, as a team player, a manger, a leader, a confidant, a Board Director, now I use all of this experience to help organisations shape and grow their teams so they are performing to their best, inflow and with positive energy.
